Supporters and opponents of President Clinton will find the factual information needed to make informed judgments about the controversial orders issued since 1995. This CD-ROM includes a 2400-page document - Codification of Presidential Proclamations and Executive Orders - which provides in one convenient reference source proclamations and Executive orders with general applicability and continuing effect. This codification covers the period April 13, 1945, through January 20, 1989 - a timespan encompassing the administrations of Harry S. Truman through Ronald Reagan. The Codification is divided into 50 chapters, representing broad subject areas similar to the title designations of the Code of Federal Regulations and the United States Code.

As a bonus, we've also included the latest version of THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT MANUAL, providing a complete overview of every Federal agency and bureaucracy, and complete copies of the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence.

I think that this CD-ROM "1949-2001 Presidential Executive Orders from Truman to Clinton and George W. Bush" is one of the most useful tools to investigate the law of the United States of America.
