Live concert featuring the best songs of his last years, January 26, 1999

This album was recorded in 1991 (I was there!) and contains a wonderful live version of the songs of De Andre's last years, including those from Creuza de Ma (his best known album, one of the best examples of Mediterranean sound ever) and Le Nuvole (an album controversial for its strong critique of the freewheeling Italian society of the 80s - released two years before the whole corruption scandals became public...). Also, my favourite version of Il Testamento di Tito. Mauro Pagani (the great instrumentist that changed the face of De Andre's arrangements from 1978 onwards) palys his whole range of instruments. Personally, my favourite album.
