I am very unhappy with the condition the box was in for this doll. The plastic in the front was very yellow and it was cracked all the way down one side. Plus the top and bottom were loose and not attached. I buy these dolls to display them and I don't want to display this. There was nothing stating the box was defective.
This, obviously, was not a new doll as stated in description.

The Barbie was meant for my mom. Her original Barbie's face got smashed in, so as a gift, I purchased her a new one. It was "new", so I thought this doll would look the same as the one I was replacing. Wrong! You could tell the doll was actually used. The hair was frayed and the tie twists for the wrists and hair were missing. I want a refund.

Everything I expected in a Barbie. My 7-yr old daughter loved it for awhile, goes in spurts playing with it. Overall a decent product for the money, as durable as one would expect.
