The book was purchased in CD rom form. There is key word searches for specific items. Every builder needing a permit to start constuction should know this book well. Another company that puts out a similar book is called Boca. They supliment and overlap the UBC. Both are handy, but very over priced.

I FOUND SOME PROBLEM REGARDING UBC SEISMIC LOAD IN BUILDINGS'DESIGN TAKING TO ACOUNT 1994 UBC EDITION AND COMPARING THIS TWO WITH EACH OTHER MAKE CONFUSING THE REASONS ARE : 1- WHY THE SHEAR FACTOR HAS CHANGED THIS MUSH? IF YOU COMPARE UBC 1994 SEISMIC LOAD WITH 1997 IT CAN BE OBSERVED THAT FIGURS R,I ,..
