I ordered and paid for a complete set of States Coins (P), but upon receiving them discovered that it was not complete. The set was missing Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Montana and Oklahoma. Good grief - they should advertise that you may or MAY NOT get what you ordered and paid for.

Maybe 5 or 6 look dirty or have some marks or toning on them, so some here don't look uncirculated, so the company may stretching the truth when they said you are getting a uncirculated set. But most of them were very shiny and had only minor scratches. Overall they were in really great condition. Realistically, it would be impossible to find them in this condition from getting change at the store or something. So don't get me wrong, they are in really great condition, and its also getting harder to find the earlier years in good condition out in circulation. So for only $30 dollars for the whole set I'm not complaining.

So this set was definitely not as advertised - most of these coins have scratches and look circulated. A couple of them had dirt on them.

UPDATE: the seller was nice enough to send me two missing coins and the 12 territories coins as a gift and explained that there's definitely a difference in the quality of the P coins compared to the D coins - apparently the mint ships them like this. Still this is not a 4-5 star product.

Shipping was a little bit slow but packing was good. Quarters from all the 50 states were well packed in two coin tubes. However, not all the quarters were in mint condition. I bought two sets. In both sets, there are one or two quarters are either not shining or bearing many scratches. Such defect totally defeat the purposes of buying uncirculated quarters.

Received faster than I thought it would be and although lacking the six territorial coins, this is an outstanding item to purchase if you want to get a complete set quickly and at a fair price. Only two quarters were not very good looking, but given the price and obtaining the entire selection my complaint is small. I have purchased four to six of these sets and these are not as shiny as some previous sets, but overall very good quality and probably will get a couple more sets from this company. They are easy to work with and resolve any issues rapidly and work hard (my opinion) to make you happy. Thanks!!!

Some of the coins do not look like circulated as pointed out by other reviewers, and in two sets I bought there was only one coin of Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana and New Mexico but 3 of Colorado, Oregon, Virginia and Wyoming. After 6 days, 10+ emails and wasting a lot of time contacting them, seller requested me to return one set and buy a new set, however they require me to pay for the return shipping cost, and they increased the price from $23.99 to $27.99. The funny thing is they claim they don't have the ability to issue a prepaid shipping label, is that possible? So they want me to pay $4 more plus the return shipping cost to cover their stupid mistake, this is just unfair. Will post update about how the return process goes.

I bought this to complete my collection as I had been unable to get one last State for the longest time. As some other reviews have noted, the seller's claim that the coins were uncirculated is extremely dubious.

While most were in generally good condition (shiny, minimal scratches, no dents), but I had 6 that showed significant signs of use / wear & tear. One of them had clearly been tarnished and then cleaned up - it was discolored and was brownish-gold on both sides, especially around the entire edge. Most of my existing collection which I built up and cleaned myself from spare change over the years was in a condition that is as good as, and some better, than this 'uncirculated' set.

Don't buy this if you are expecting them in really good condition. If you just want to complete a set and are fine with blemishes on some, its quite a decent value and worth the time/trouble saved from hunting on your own.
