For our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I purchased r/t airline tickests from JFK to Gatwick. Our stay was 14 days. We had a B&B reservation in London for the first three nights; then a car rental for the remainder of the stay. Each night, we'd look in the book to see where we wanted to spend the next night and what we wanted to see on the way. We only stayed in B&Bs. This book was very helpful. Although it is somewhat dated, things quite slowly change in G/B. It's still valuable.
