After having Amish rolled butter on my toast, bagels or anything else, I'll NEVER buy store-bought butter again.

I'm hooked...it's great!!

Home-churned flavor that can't be found in the grocery store! This is just like grandma used to make from her own cows' milk. It's in one solid block, not in quarters like the store bought stuff.

In my personal opinion, this butter is an excellent way to put essential fat into your diet, deliciously! The value of good quality fat and oil in the diet is not only underrated, it is touted as 'bad' for you...that it will make you fat. But it is far from the truth...the body needs good quality fat for proper functioning! It is the hydrogenated and heat processed fats that the body doesnt know what to do with so it is stored as 'fat'. The movie "Lorenzo's Oil" had a profound effect on me regarding the healing power of natural oil, particularily in neurological conditions...and having a son with Asbergers (mild autism) again shows me how natural oil works in healing, though in his case it was with cold pressed Castor oil. But less I digress further, let me just say this butter is wonderful!

Good product, just inconveniently packaged. Given that I live in Texas, shipping something like butter could be a problem, but arrived in good shape. Just not sure it was worth the extra cost of shipping a staple that could be purchased locally.

One who appreciates real food and real food cooking is the individual of taste and fine discernment of choice.

This is the Butter to get.

Once you've had it ya don't want to go back to anything else. Really.

My order was not shipped due to the heat of the summer. I ordered thinking they would pack it with dry ice or some other method of keeping it from melting. I suppose the Amish people don't have access to dry ice. Anyway, I will reorder when the temps drop to a level of normalcy again.
