I purchased this with pretty low expectations but so far so good. I am not sure who says you can't adjust it but they should probably know what they are doing before they rate a product. I worked fine for me and after 30 rounds and some adjustments it is spot on and works great!!

Well, the battery casing comes off a little too easily for my liking. If you turn the scope 'on' you risk opening up the battery compartment unknowingly. Sure, I could usde lock-tite. But the MFGR could make the casing turn counter clock wise too.
I have been trying to 'set' the RD for 2 days now, and am waiting patiently for their store to open up so can get the 411 to do so. Either this scope is broken right out of te box or I just don't 'get it'.
But lets be honest, how hard [should] it be to set this scope if all that is necsssasry is to turn one Knob to go parallel and another to go horizontal...yet get NO results?
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Ok, I had to side mount it in order to get it 'work' right. The up/down would not go to the needed area. I would not recommend this item, and regrett having purchased it. Now that I finally have it dialed in, I will letcha know how well it works in action!
Having to bend my head over was uncomfortable with a mask on. Finally got a return authorization. See how the next one works....
Update: July 12,2011
If you have plans on using this item on a paintball marker that has the BAR handle, DON'T! Have had nothing but problems with this item and am either going to return it to seller or NCStar themselves.'nough said!
UPDATE: As of Aug. 08, 2011 I am advising that you do NOT use this device for paintballing. I returne the first one that I purchased; rcvd a brand new one, and it [still] does not dial in. And now that I am past the date of return date, I'm stuck with this item...thanks to NcStar dragging their feet on approving me for a return.
