Farnon Magic, January 18, 2007

These were two great albums that were on the Decca/London label. If you know Robert Farnon then you know his magic - if not- then you are in for a great treat. Besides the superlative Farnon arrangements of great standards - there are some of his own works which among my personal favourites are: "To a Young Lady", "Pictures in the Fire", "Lazy Day", "Sophistication Waltz", and "A Summer Love". Does it get any better than this!
