These flowers arrived very quickly and each rose is in perfect condition. The variety of colors is unique and beautiful. Perfect!

flowers arrived practically dead. when I tried to contact customer service, had many problems.

The delivery time was real prompt. My Mom was in tears,and very very happy. and said that the roses were beautiful. Thank You.

They canceled my and (1000s of other orders) on the Eve of Valentine's Day because the price was wrong. Then, the kicker, I get (no lie) 597 emails from them notifying me of the cancellation. There IT department copied everyone on everyone else's order. So, I see everyones email address and order number; not to mention, it filled my email box quota so I couldn't get any other legit email. Our email server also got heavily taxed.

After all that their response was, that if I order again, then send them an email, they will credit me shipping. Wow! a nice deal from them, regular price on the flowers, with free shipping.

I buy a lot online and this was the worst experience of my online shopping life. Use a competitor company!

They were delivered as quich as stated in good shape and very pretty.

Falcon Farms cancels orders for no reason. I ordered flowers for valentines day weeks before so that I didn't have to pay insane markups the week of valentines day. A couple days before the 14th, I got a cancellation email saying that they had technical problems and they could not ship my order. BS! Now I have to go to the store and pay $9,000,000 for a dozen roses. I will never shop here again. Also, they did not even give me a full refund. They have horrible customer service. They ignore emails. They'll be hearing from Mastercard.

If you value your privacy and customer service, do not buy from Falcon Farms. As you can see from their response to many many complaints, they don't care about their customers and are happy to post a standard hack response rather than truly reaching out to the affected customers. Those, who like me, not only did not receive timely notice of their orders being canceled, but who also had their email address and customer information shared across the internet.

They arrived on time and my mom said they were beautiful and very colorful.

""STAY AWAY" Incompetent vendor takes orders, confirms shipment, and then cancels order after 3 days. Holds money for 3 days and has problems refunding money. Amazon must drop this seller."
