I was spending a lot of money at Sears for these filters. How happy I was to find this seller. The filters arrived in less than a week and I thoroughly examined them expecting to find some difference but found them to be exactly the same as Sears. I will never buy them at Sears again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

As the the title says, these filters are absolutely identical to the filter that shipped with my Kenmore vacuum, down to the numbers printed on the side.

I placed the order of the filters for my sister and was waiting until she was satisfied before writing the review. The title says "2 Kenmore Hepa Filter" but only 1 filter per package arrived (ordered 3 pkgs). After several phone calls and a couple of weeks, the missing filters were finally received. Thank you.

I ordered this filter since it claimed EOM compatability; however, what I received what not even close. This filter according to [...] is rectangular with this dimensions: L: 5.10", W: 4.00", and H: 0.80" instead I received a circular filter (resembled a photo slide carousel) that was clearly mislabeled not by the manufacturer but by the seller. I have returned it. This is the second time a filter is labeled with Kenmore part #s, that I have received that is clearly the wrong part. My suggestion to all sellers, is that if you're going to use OEM part #'s on these aftermarket items, make sure that it is truly compatable esp in dimensions. To all buyers, know your dimensions before ordering and don't soley rely on part #. These items in amazon are definitely cheaper than sears (by 50 to 70%), but with the errors I've encountered (I still am without filters) I'm starting to wonder if its worth it. Good luck.

When I realized our Kenmore vacuum needed refills, I checked on Sears.com first as I assumed they'd be less expensive there. I should have stuck with my natural tendency to check everything on Amazon first; the filters were TWICE as much for only 1 at Sears, plus I would have had to pay for tax and shipping! The filters work perfectly and only need to be changed once a year, although I now change them twice a year because they're so inexpensive through Amazon.

This filter was an exact match to the filter I bought at Sears for my Kenmore Progressive Vacuum. The best part was getting 2 filters for half the price, compared to what I paid at Sears for just one.

They want $15.00 dollars for one filter in the store. I got 2 filters for $5.00, you can't beat it!! Awesome deal!!!

Have only vacuumes a couple of times with the new filter. It seems to perform the same as the name-brand Kenmore product

This is a two-pack of HEPA filters. At first, from the description, I wasn't totally sure if it included two, but it does. Shipping was fast, and they're just as they were described. Cheapest price I've found. I will buy these again.

A single piece from SEARS or Kenmore is $17. So for the same item you are paying so much less at $3.

Please never buy again from Sears or Kenmore.

It took me a while to figure out that this filter is 20-86889. The Kenmore website did not disclose this 20-86889 since it is using a different number KC38KCEN1000 for Kenmore canister vacuum model 116. Now you know the secret to have a different number.
