M. Anderson says:
I got the trilogy box set and in the fellowship box I have 2 of the Part One discs and no Part 2 disc. It did have Part One and Part Two of the Appendices though. Is there a way to get a Part Two disc? Or does anyone have an extra laying around...?

If you purchased it through Amazon, they'll replace the set for free, including paying shipping both ways. Look in their help pages for 'returns'.

I had something similar happen to me in that I received two dics Six: The Passing of an Age and no disc Five from the Return of the King portion of my box set. I called Amazon and 5 minutes later I have an email containing a return label for my busted set, and they are sending me a replacement set w/upgraded shipping to 3 - 5 days. All at no charge! Good service on Amazon's part.
