My daughter,carrying her first child, had a lot of back pain and stress.
These are ideal to relax and will also be useful when she has migraines. The
lavender is proven to be a relaxing scent for body and soul. That's it folks!

I received this as an xmas gift from my husband and I was thrilled - until I heated it up. First of all it doesn't heat up well AT ALL. Think luke warm. And by the time you are able to finagle the stupid insert back into the wrap - the heat is gone. But the smell? Oh man. It smells like burnt rubber. I can't stand it.

I don't have the heart to tell my husband, either, because he was so thrilled to give it to me.

I would NOT recommend this product to another. This was a fail from Brookstone...

Grandma LOVES this product. It relieves tension and pain and helps keep her warm on damp days better than similar products we've given her. Grandma lives alone. We've purchased three of these neck wraps because the weight, shape, size and content work so well for her, but the distinctive odor should clearly be taken into account for users residing with other people. The person using the product must get used to the scent and enjoy the many other benefits enough to overlook the scent. We looked at several others before ordering the third time. In the end, we decided to order it again because Grandma loves it and Grandma lives alone.
