A fresh sounding group, Pure Heart brings back the memories of Hawaii. They are incredible with the ukulele and have great melodies, among the best instrumental songs is Bodysurfing - it takes you back to the shore breaks of Sandy beach, without the wipeouts.

This CD compilation has a mix of some oldies but goodies along with some original tracks. The tunes remind me of back home and how I wish I could be there. The only thing lacking is the number of original works by this group. I can't wait until they come out with an album that doesn't remind me of a UB40 album. Other than that, everything is great...the Marley and Valens remake would have to be my favorite of the album, besides their original tunes.

This is a great cd to listen to no matter what mood you're in. It lifts your spirits, calms you, carries you back to little roads in Hawaii even in sleet and snow of winter. A wonderful mix of sounds. I wish I could play along with the band as I listen. I love to be driving when I hear their music! I just love it!

I used to have this CD years ago but it got lost. I love all of the songs on it but one in particular is my favorite as it is "our song".

There is a great mix of traditional Hawaiian music and some remakes that the group really seemed to have fun with. Just some great, feel-good music, especially suited for road trips.
