I bought this tea kettle a couple of years ago. Initially, I was delighted with its sturdiness, and attractive design. Unlike other tea kettles I'd seen, the manufacturer did not specify that one needed to use a low or medium heat with it, enabling water to heat more quickly. Since we drink tea and coffee frequently, I looked forward to many years of use. Unfortunately, it has now developed a leak at the base of the spout, where it attaches to the body of the tea kettle. I need to replace it, since it leaks constantly, flooding my drip pans and stove top.

I bought this teakettle in 2006. It worked great for two years! Loved how it looked and worked! Now it has developed a massive leak at the base of the spout. I had intended to get years of service out of it(more than just two) but now I have to replace it.
