Best case I've had for my iTouch, having had several. I like the hard case over the flimsy rubber one. The tiny leg in the back, allows you to stand the case when watching videos. I've snapped it off several times just being clumbsy, but was able to snap it back on without issue. I wish this had been the "first' case I'd bought. I would have saved myself several bucks.

I bought this months ago but thought I'd give it a review since I have time. I bought this having read all the review about the flimsy kickstand and decided to purchase it and be really, really careful. I was successful for a few weeks. Actually the entire time that it was in my hand, I kept it from breaking off. The reason mine ended up breaking is that when I showed it to my friend, he thought it was cool and kept closing and opening the kickstand till it snapped. Damn him. Anyway, I really like the case and the stand feature so I thought I'd call the company to see if I could just buy a whole bunch of kickstands in a bulk package. The customer service was great. They said they couldn't sell just the kickstand, but what they could do was send me a new case they were making with a metal kickstand for FREE. It came and I still use it today. WAAAAAAAAAYYY more sturdy and it looks pretty slick. If you were looking to buy this plastic flimsy case, I suggest that you find the metal kickstand case by the same distributor. (sorry. they just sent it to me so i don't have a link).

Long story short, I bought this, I broke it, they sent me a newer, better, sturdier one for free, and I love it.

I bought this for my ipod touch. It looked fine, fit fine, but the flimsy kickstand in the back broke off in a week. It isn't a feasible design. I had to buy a different one. Don not buy this product. I know it looks good but with practicality in mind you will just have to buy a new one.

It worked nicely on the plane to hold the ipod up to watch the movie. But it only lasted 1 movie. The stand that comes out of the back broke off in one week. I only had it open a few times.

I bought the case specifically because of the stand so that I could set the iPod on the tray on an airplane and watch movies. It does succeed in that task. However, the part of the case that flips open to create the stand is somewhat flimsy. The plastic is certainly strong enough to support the iPod, but it relies on small nubs of plastic as hinges and that's where the problem lies. Because the plastic is so rigid, it is sometimes difficult to open and close. Opening the stand will almost tear it off. Once opened, it works well but be cautious to not put any weight at all on the top of the iPod. It wasn't designed for that, of course, and it won't take it. On a plane, just handing things across seats can cause you to accidentally place weight on the top of the iPod and the stand will break. I was successful for about a year protecting the stand so that it wouldn't break, but it finally did. I'm not even sure when it occurred, but I found the broken stand when I went to use it next. What I find really curious about the case is that it broke at the base next to the data connector and on the side next to the buttons. Since the case hugs the iPod pretty darn well, I think it is poor workmanship that the edges broke near the openings. I have been rather gentle with my iPod and it's case. However, I need a new case and I will be looking for one that is sturdier.

THIS MATERIAL IS GREAT,BUT THE KICKSTAND IS HORRIBLE ON THE FIRST USED THE STAND BROKE LEAVING ME WHERE I WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE HOLDING MY IPOD TOUCH IN MY HAND WATCHING MOVIES, THE SELLER NEED TO COME UP WITH A NEW DESIGN FOR THE KICKSTAND. IF I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS I WOULD HAVE POST A FEW PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.

Cover case has a nice design. I bought the black and it compliments my 3rd generation touch very well. The kickstand broke the first day I owned it. If you want to use the kickstand-I suggest another product. If you are looking for a case only this product will do.

I like the fact that this cover has a bottom (around the power/data slot) that is easy to take off, so that the iPod can be plugged into various accessories without having to remove the entire case.

What I didn't like is that even though I'm a very careful person, the hinge to make the iPod "stand alone" (in landscape mode) snapped off even when I carefully opened it. The nubs that attach the hinge to the body are very weak plastic.

I give it three stars because I'm still using the case even without the hinge, because it's a good case with a nice, slightly rubbery feel to it, and it doesn't attract lint. But they need to fix the hinge issue.

Well the case is the coolest design out there but when i first tried to take out the kickstand, it broke off :{ but its ok i wouldnt really use it anyway

This case is solid thick plastic. It fit perfectly. At a glance it doesn't look like a skin, it looks like its part of the ipod. Its comfortable in my hand and gives better grip than holding the ipod without it. It has a little flap in the back that folds out, so the ipod will stand up for video watching. The flap seems a little flimsy. I think the average adult who takes care of things wouldn't have to worry about the flap breaking off. But if i let my 11 year old play with it for a day, i am sure it wouldn't take the abuse.

I like this much better than the rubber skins that i have tried in the past.
I am completely happy with this purchase.
