I ordered the "2 x Wii Gun Laser Gun" from CTI and wasn't very happy with the results. When my package arrived the guns that I received weren't what were being displayed in their ad on Amazon.com. I was sent what looked like what they were trying to pass off as what they thought could pass for what I ordered, when in reality I was sent 2 cheap plastic guns that looked like I could have went to a 99c store to purchase. It held the Wii remote and you had to plug in the nunchuk attachment in the bottom, and the most disappointing fact was that there wasn't any laser feature in the guns I had received. I really didn't find that feature important when I had purchased this item, but when I received the item I felt it was very important because I felt like my intelligence was being brought into question and that I was also being taken advantage of. I sent an email through Amazon's "Contact a seller" portion of their website and I got a response within a day or so and the seller started an investigation after I had stated my disappointment. I was contacted within the next week with a response of "their vendor sometime changes their product without warning" and I was offered a small price cut or a refund and after made my choice I received a full refund within another week. I don't know if this is a typical business practice for this seller, but this was my experience and I thought I'd share this info with others in case this is a standard for this seller. I might try to buy from them again (in good faith) depending on the product I want of course, and hopefully it was just bad luck on my purchase. Thanks and good luck with your purchases
