I cannot recommend this album enough. Brandon Kinder's vocals soar alongside tight instrumental chords as "20,000 Ghosts" showcases a band that that has matured greatly since its 2 previous EPs. (both of which are amazing as well) If one of these songs doesn't end up on a soundtrack or in a movie trailer, I'll be shocked. Favorite tracks of mine include All the Western Winds (INCREDIBLE live) and Sights and Sounds. Buy this album. Now. Do it. =)

With a style that is commonly compared to Coldplay but more mellow, The Rocketboys have Followed up "Sing Bird, Sing" with their mature "20,000 Ghosts". The album was named after John Newton's, writer of "Amazing Grace", experience with a dream where he saw the ghosts of former slaves. The deep meaning of the album title is not lost on the well written lyrics that are contained within its borders. The versatile voice of Brandon Kinder combines with the dynamic rhythms from Mitchell Holt (guitar), Daniel Wheeler (Guitar), Josh Campbell (bass), Justin Wiseman (keyboard), and newest member transported from New Frontiers Alex Bhore (drums). After a successful Launch party at Trees in Dallas, TX they have been on the road touring all over the country. Crowds are drawn in by their true sound and excellent pace during their live shows. A quick listen to "20,000 Ghosts" will afford you a glimpse at the capabilities of this young indie band, like a fine wine their sounds deepen with time and care.
