The PHA Workout Both by Matt Roberts What a ripoff both of these books are the same book. Different titles and covers everything else the same, text, illustrations carbon copies. I made the mistake of buying them both at the same time, looking for additional information but got the same book with 2 different covers. If you are an experienced and knowledgeable bodybuilder/strength trainee there is not much usefull information in this book. Look elsewhere for your PHA information. I feel betrayed!

Great Resource Book,

If you want to stimulate your workout this is the book to get. It throws out conventional wisdom out the door regarding your workbut schedule. It is very effective.
