Hello,

We wanted to provide some clarification regarding our $20 pre-order credit offer for Battlefield 3.

All customers who pre-order Battlefield 3 for PS3 or Xbox 360 will get $20 in Amazon credit good toward the purchase of items shipped and sold by Amazon.com (certain exclusions apply, including gift cards, Kindle books, MP3s, and video rentals and downloads.) The promotional code for the credit will be e-mailed within two (2) days after the product ships. This offer will be extended to all existing pre-orders. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com, while supplies last. Limit one per customer. Amazon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time.

Thank you for your continued support.

When will the actual promo be posted up on the product page? If you reserve the right to cancel the promo at any time, it's difficult to tell whether or not the promo is still live.

I doubt that pc will get it. PC already gets a discount in the first place in the form of a price decrease.

As long as you preorder before Tuesday you're fine, any preorder for 360 or PS3 done however long ago is golden.

I see that the $20 credit has been added to the product page. Now, I have a question, if I buy this, can I use these $20 towards buying a 1-year prime subscription?

pre ordered on the 9th. and the message says " This offer will be extended to all existing pre-orders". That mean means we all should get it. Hope that clear things up for others

Yes Zain's, not sure about directly, but I know you can with an extra step. You can buy a Sony PSN gift card instant download code for $20, $50, etc. Then they'll email you the code, then you go to your PSN store on your PS3 and enter the code. I just did this last week with my Rage & 2K preorder bonuses and bought Crysis 1.

@Sean: No, I meant AMAZON PRIME and not PSN plus. I want to get Amazon prime but it says they'll give me the code AFTER the product ships. Can I reapply that credit to my prime account. Also, anyone knows the Release Day shipping charges? I live in HOUSTON, TX.
