This is a must read for everyone who wants to keep their brain sharp and their memory keen. It was recommended to me by an 87 year old very sharp, very alert woman who can run circles around younger people with her wit and wisdom. She tells everyone about this book and now I'm doing it. Get it, read it, and preserve your memory as the years go by!20/20 Thinking

Keep your mind active and help prevent Alzheimer's. I love this book and read it almost every other day. Key insights include sources on good basic organic brain food along with vitamin supplements that you can add to your physical workouts. In order to be the best and to stay competitive, keep your mind and body up to speed. Looks alone without a healthy intellect makes for good LALA land bantha fodder.
