I have tried a lot of brands over the last year or so after my doctor recommended Hoodia. I have had disappointing results with the other "popular" brands that I tried but I dont want to bash other products. Im getting older so I am more prone to weight gain so I have been using this Hoodia for almost a year now It helps curve my cravings but doesnt stop my appetite completely, which I think would make me forget to eat basic food. At first, I stopped my weight gaining trend but then after a while, I started losing weigh as I ate less crap food. I have lost about 18 pounds in the last 6 or 7 months. For people who dont know Hoodia: it is not supposed to stop all of your appetite, only help limit it. I will stick with this brand.

This product worked well for me. It really stopped my cravings if i took two at once instead of just one. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but it did work.

I have been purchasing these on amazon for over a year now and I am still loving it. I can count on this hoodia to lower my urge to eat most every time. I have an exception now and then but not too often.

I really find this helpful when I want to lose weight by skipping snacks or a meal.

On the weekends I skip breakfast and take the hoodia instead and during the work week I am usually skipping lunch. I really like that I am saving money and losing weight at the same time. This hoodia may not be the cheapest the price is still very good and it is the best I have tried so far.

Received as promised. Have been dieting for about 8months and lost 48 pounds but at a plateau for about 2 months. Have lost 2-3 pounds since starting Hoodia, but have only been using for less than 2 weeks, so thinking it will help me get off this plateau. Is helpful in curbing my appetite as long as I have some will power to go with it.

I had been reviewing the internet for good appetite suppressants. All I kept coming across at first was appetite suppressants that caused all sorts of horrible side effects like anxiety attacks, rapid heart rates, insomnia, just to list a few. I sure did NOT need that! Then I came across Hoodia and I loved that there are no known side effects, so I ordered just one bottle of Super Hoodia 2000 just to try it out. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and have tried all sorts of stuff that never worked so I really wasn't expecting much. My order came with in 3 days. On the first day, I was worried that this would just be another scam coz I felt no different the first day. As a matter of fact, I think I might have felt hungrier that first day. On the second day I felt like my appetite was slightly curbed. Now, I have been taking the Hoodia for a week and 1 day and I absolutely LOVE it! The Hoodia really has curbed my appetite during the day. My days get hectic and busy and it's hard to always be able to grab a lunch. Yesterday all I had was a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and I could only grab a small lunch,4 pieces of chicken nuggets from a fast food chain so you know they were small. Those chicken nuggets held me over for 7 hours!! Hoodia is a God sent, if I wasn't taking it, I would have been going nuts with hunger yesterday. I haven't noticed any pounds loss on the scale yet, but I feel great and that's what counts the most. I have an energy that I've never had before. I'm awake and alert all day now, before, by 2pm all I wanted to do was sleep. Now, it is true, it doesn't take away your appetite, but is sure does help carry me through the day. I don't focus so much on a rumbly tummy and I don't think about what my next meal is going to be like I have in the past. This product is great and I'll be ordering my 3 month supply for sure! Oh, BTW...nooooo side effects! Curbed appetite + no side effects=SCORE!

Well, this hoodia anyway. I have tried some at walmart that were duds but this is a high dose and it has worked well to suppress my appetite. I dont need anyting more fancy than this because I know it is safe and it works.

Two years ago I did the Hcg diet with the aid of a prescribed diet pill and I was still starved throughout the diet. This time around I opted for Hoodia and I am amazed at how well it works. I considered getting a product with additional supplements in it that was supposed to be better but often supplements trigger a migraine and/or not work at all & pricey so I stuck with the Hoodia alone. IT REALLY WORKS. I never purchase a product without reading the reviews but yet I never write a review but this time I decided I should because I know how it feels to search and search for a product and not know whether you are making the right choice and getting a product that does what it says. I hope you have the same success with this product that I have had with it. GOOD LUCK!

I know that bad food habbits are my nemisis. I used to be able to eat anything I wanted and as much as I wanted and not gain weight.

Now I am in my 40's and the rules have changed on me. I am not a big exercise person but I am very realistic about whay I was gaining weight- my eating habbits were not good and it finally caught up with me.

Some times I eat out of boredom or the routine but theier are other times I eat an hour before a meal time cause I am simply hungry. This is where the super hoodia had really helped me because I do not have the same craving level when I use this regularly. Hoodia is a cool thing.

my appetite is a very difficult problem to suppress. Hoodia 2000 just makes it with me.

To be honest, I was skeptical about whether or not Hoodia would work for me... I started taking this about 2 weeks ago, last week I lost 3 pounds... I am working out and watching what I eat, but with just diet and exercise I hadn't lost more than a pound a week in the last 2 months... I will be buying the three month supply after this bottle runs out. It has cut down my appetite pretty well... I used to snack constantly through the day and this has helped alot. It does however give me a wicked stomacheache if I'm nervous or stressed out... I read that this can be a normal side effect.

If you're on the fence about this product like I was, try a one month supply, it's worth it!
