2003-2008 Pontiac Vibe Roof Rack Cross Bars

I was a little skeptical, but for hundreds less than others I took a chance. Once I got them, I installed them on my '08 Vibe in about 15 mintues. They look great and are very secure. They look like they came with the car. I went to a local kayak shop and the salesperson saw the crossbars and said they look like a Thule product which cost about $300. He said for $99 they were a steal. I installed a Yakima kayak rack on them and they hold them secure. I would definitely recommend this product if you need crossbars, but want to save some money. The only caution is the aluminum edges are rough cut and are very sharp. It's only a problem while installing. Once on you don't see the edges.

Package delivered on the first day of the estimated delivery window (note that this was the day after Independence Day and, therefore, unexpectedly punctual). The bars were easy to assemble and required no instructions; although I can understand that written or illustrated instructions may be a nice addition to the package for many people. Emergency tool was included and is a nice touch. The OCD part of me would like it if the shipping system were linked to Amazon for constant updates on status, but that is just splitting hairs. These bars are nicer than some I have seen at more than double the price, it seems a great value. I am very excited to get my kayak up on it this weekend!

My 03' Pontiac Vibe came with factory roof rail crossbars but due to design could not acamodate the spacing required for the Roof Basket I purchased to install. I Looked around at the big name companies, Used items and the GM Aftermarket parts. For the money this is the best deal I found as they are setup the same as every brands clamping for the roof rails and the best value out there considering they are the aluminum bars vs steel and come with the lock cores. Install was easy and for myself didn't require any instructions. Held tight and secure, supported the weight of the roof top cargo basket and made it through a long trip with all the travel gear and a camping trip with even more gear and the rooftop cargo bag. Now since I don't have to haul anything for a while it only took a minute or two to remove the basket and bars which is much easier than the factory bars. Also, I didn't notice any additional noise when they were installed without the basket. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't have looked around so long and just purchased these in the first place.

Bought this for an '06 Pontiac Vibe. AtomixAuto, the vendor, shipped it on time as promised.

The cross-bar silver color matches that of the Pontiac factory side rails. Check out the YouTube video for installation tips. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These really came just as promised, they look fantastic, work great, and have no issue with them other than they whistle when driving lol... But a great buy and a great price point

The construction for the money is good,you must pay attention to the boots surrounding the rail clamps when installing on my vibe I was unable to slide the front bar to the end of my roof rack because the clmaps bottomed on the car roof so that limits the carrier bag I can use.

I just used these to make a trip from Oklahoma to Oregon and back. I had an old hard shell roof carrier with all of the luggage for 4 people and 3 dogs. The setup worked perfectly the whole trip. I'm not sure when we will need these bars again, but the will come in handy.

The only thing I didn't like was that the cross bars did not come with Any paperwork. So there is nothing to suggest what the weight limits are or instructions (not that instructions where needed).
