I have this planner... and I love it... it's a compact WEEKLY planner that fits in the palm of your hand but still has plenty of room for DAILY notations. It is also packed with useful, interesting and fun info on how to build strong bones and improve general health. It fits easily into purse or pocket and the "ring binder" format makes it sturdy enough that it can take the abuse of being used without falling apart... If you like a non-electronic pocket planner, this is the best I've seen. And, it makes a great gift!
