If you're into archiving NFL stats, buy this book. There is a ton of information and facts for '06 as advertised, and it's a good gift for your local NFL nut.

2006 NFL Record and Fact Book - Now smaller!, November 9, 2006
This review is from: 2006 NFL Record & Fact Book (Paperback)
I last bought an NFLR&F book in 1994, and it was great. So with the Seahawks doing so well last year I did it again, and was disapointed with the half-size thing I got this time: A5 in size, not A4! (Plus amazon didn't have the care enough to not fold the corner of the cover, or bang the base of the book's spine in shipping it)
The book itself is a treat, except for the puzzling inclusion of a fantasy-football section in what is supposed to be just the RECORDS and FACTS of the game (why not then include all the spreads and betting odds from last year?).
Team pages start on the right-hand page this time, meaning you have two different team's information when you open a page - annoying, unlike the 94 version. But all the other good stuff is still there, like 2005 season in review (records), all-time stats(records), and a digest of the rules(facts).
1) Make it back to the original A4 size. 2) Get rid of that fantasy rubbish. 3) put a little more care into the layout - 4 pages per team, so start on the left hand side!
4 stars, but it's only that high because it's a bloody good reference book.
