Editorial Reviews

Review

The Condominium Bluebook is the best book I've found on how homeowner associations work. The first chapter that explains all the laws that regulate condos is as readable as it is comprehensive. The checklists on how to run a good meeting are great. In fact, every board member brings his copy of this book to every meeting. --K. Harris, San Francisco

Before you shell out a lot for an attorney, I'd recommend buying this book. Everything you need is in there. There's no other book like it. --P. Wallis, Sunnyvale

This publication is updated every year and provides all the tools necessary to survive on a Homeowner's Board and as an owner of a condominium.
