Roger Hedgecock has made several careers out of educating and holding people accountable...as a trial attorney, elected political leader, and for the past 23 years, as the number one radio host in San Diego as well as guest hosting The Rush Limbaugh Show for 11 years. He also has a nationally syndicated Saturday show... He has received the Gold Medal for broadcast excellence at the New York International Radio Festival and the Silver Medal for International Radio Programming. He has been twice nominated for the prestigious Marconi Award. He has been named one of the 100 Top Talk Show Hosts in America by Talkers Magazine for nine consecutive years... Roger s straight talk and dynamic personality inspire his listeners to turn talk into action. In April, 2007, Roger with FAIR organized the latest HTFTTF to include 37 other talk show hosts and over 500 listeners who paid their own way to lobby for border enforcement, against amnesty, and for pardons for jailed Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. This trip was the catalyst for a nationwide movement against the Kennedy-McCain Immigration bill, which was defeated in June, 2007 in the US Senate. Roger was born in Compton, California, graduated from St. Augustine High School in San Diego, from UC Santa Barbara, and from UC Hastings College of Law. He is married to Cindy and they have two grown sons, James and Christopher.
