As a remodeling contractor I use this book for all my major projects. Comparing the labor unit cost estimates for every aspect of a project against my hourly rate charge for T & M work, I find the figures in the book to very close to what I would normally charge for any job. Great resource to have when figuring out bids and having happy home owners.
