Editorial Reviews

Review

An excellent guide for the boat addict, the meticulous buyer or the professional sales person. There is no better resource for learning about used boats, boat values and specifications. "Once again this company provides a product that is invaluable to members of the marine community. I have often spent hours trying to obtain specifications on boats. Now I just open the PowerBoat Guide and there it is. I have purchased every issue of the PowerBoat Guide since the early 1990s and use it daily. " --Guy Blackwell, Yacht Broker

4.0 out of 5 stars Goofy Commentary, December 12, 2007
By
This review is from: 2008 PowerBoat Guide (Paperback)
Past editions have had one boat per page which allowed for quite a bit of commentary, most of which was extraordinarily goofy. The 2008 version has packed several boats per page thereby limiting the amount of commentary (thankfully!). Oddly, the internet has not made the book obsolete as it makes for good browsing. Recommended for the boating enthusiast.
