Better than expected
Loose leaf version is the way to go. It comes in a binder that lays flat and has tabs for easy reference.

Missing contents twice!
I ordered two copies of these and they arrived without any pages. So, I returned them for another shipment which arrived, again, without any pages. This is not complicated! If you sell or send a book, wouldn't you think there should be pages in it, not just a cover? I am in the process of getting my money back and have already gone to a local store to buy them with...
