The simplest explanation I've ever read about a code book,

This review is from: 2009 International Plumbing Codes Handbook (Hardcover)
It is very easy to understand and it explains very clear the most confussing aspect of plumbing codes. What you don't understand from other explanation codes, check with this book and it will clarify it for you. For example, the vent system is very well explained, also the handicap's requirements for every fixture. I recommend this book to any plumber willing to understand the codes.

This review is from: 2009 International Plumbing Codes Handbook (Hardcover)
I purchased this book because the one review indicated it would cover the important 2009 International Plumbing codes as required by my county. I need to use 2009 IPC for my residential construction. However, this book talks about different configurations of supply and waste systems, etc; but it always says to check your local codes for further information. If I had wanted a book that says to refer to another book for information, I would have bought that book. If you need to simply follow the 2009 International Plumbing Code, then don't use this book. I has zero illustrations to help explain itself. Get the actual 2009 code book and go from there.
