This book includes all amendments published in the Federal Register to Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) through June 24, 2009, including those that take effect late 2009 and in 2010, (the new credit card amendments). Both the current language and amended language are included in this book. When the amendment will apply in the future, the old language is highlighted and the new language is demarcated with its effective date.
