4.0 out of 5 stars Good If You Just Want The Code & Rules, April 29, 2009
This book contains the text of the United States Bankruptcy Code and the Rules. If you are an attorney who needs the entire text in one book this is a fine format. If you are a business leader, accountant or lawyer who is looking for an introduction to how Chapter 11 cases work, a glossary of key terms and just the most commonly used code sections, I recommend Chapter 11 Business Reorganizations: For Business Leaders, Accountants And Lawyers. For those new to Chapter 11 who expect to spend a lot of time on the subject, I would recommend both.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book, Great Price, July 9, 2009
By Karin Jo (East Coast) - See all my reviews
I've been using the annual editions of this book for several years. It is current, comprehensive, and light weight. It not only has the bankruptcy code and rules and bankruptcy related provisions in titles 18, 26 and 28, it also has the complete federal rules of civil proceure as adopted by the bankruptcy rules. You don't get that in some publications. The size is perfect for tossing in my brief case. Not sure what the other reviewer means that there is no table of contents. There is a lengthy "Table of Sections" and "Table of Rules" that precede the Code and Rules. Those tables, together with the cross-references that follow each section and rule, allows you to find most of what you need, although the index could be expanded to better cover the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. All and all, a great book at a great price.

1.0 out of 5 stars 2009 US Bankruptcy Code & Rules Booklet by Staff, July 9, 2009
This is simply a recompilation of the US Bankruptcy Code & Rules. However, for a 441 page highly detailed legal publicaton both the Table of Contents and Index are not even minimal. The Table of Contents is only 1/4 of a page and the Index is only 7-1/4 pages. And, as an example there is no reference in the Index to Service of Process or to Summons.

Please let me know when you correct the deficiencies.

Thanks,
Don
