I just purchased the People of Walmart 2013 calendar. I have flipped through some of the days and they are so funny. You get 365 days of those outrageous pictures of the customers at Walmart. There are low pants, no pants, offensive sayings on shirts/tatoos, etc., animals walking through the store or being carried, people with outrageous hair and clothes. Just so much unbelievable stuff. It's almost unbelievable the things people will do, but these are real. If you love the People of Walmart website, then you'll love this.

I gave three of these calendars for Christmas gifts. Although the pictures are funny, the comments are full of inferred profanity. I was so disappointed when I was at the home of one of the recipients and I flipped through and saw all of these "words". The pictures speak for themselves and are very entertaining but I will not purchase in the future for myself or for family as I did this year.

I just started a desk job and if that isn't depressing enough, I discovered that my cubicle was recently converted from a bathroom...I literally work where people used to defecate, but I digress. The cubicle is dark, bland and isolated with the exception that it's constantly being watched by three managers at any given time, so surfing the web or enjoying the workday in general is pretty much a no-go. While wandering the aisles of Amazon (at home) I came across this lovely daily desk calendar.

I must say I look forward to coming to work in the morning just so I can rip off another epic sheet revealing the next atrocious getup/hairdo/example of parenting/and or overall life choice. I did sneak a peak at my birthday and I must say it's the best one I've seen thus far AND the classy shopper is from my home state of Indiana!!!! Whaaaaaaaaaat!!!!!

I took this as a sign from the universe that this calendar was solely created to make me not kill myself. Thanks People of Walmart Daily Desk Calendar!

I thought it was somewhat funny at first....But it could REALLY do without the pompous descriptions and titles on every image. Some are just flat-out mean, and have nothing to do with what is actually wrong with the outfit, etc.

For instance, there is one image in particular where yes, the woman is not wearing pants and that is totally weird/inappropriate, BUT the a-hole narrator describes how he has thrown up twice from looking at the image. The only reason he says that is because she is overweight (and not even morbidly obese or anything like that) and that is highly offensive to me as I am an overweight woman myself and know firsthand that it is a daily struggle for many of us to get and keep the weight off and find the same level of respect thin people automatically get. The woman in the picture may have been a lazy slob, or she may have just been a psychotic person with a thyroid problem (she is walking around with no pants on after all).

ANYWAY, I kept trying to give this calendar another chance...but the meanness in every day's description has just become too much for me to handle. I can't take the daily negativity.

I check out the website all the time and this was disappointing. The headlines are so small and the photos so dark I couldn't tell what was supposed to be funny on some days. Won't buy again.

I like to share funny pictures at work and everyone really enjoys this calendar. I can say that I've seen most of them already, but still entertaining
