I bought this phone for my 87 yr old grandma, who's vision is extremely bad. Although she was very excited because she could finally see the numbers on the keypad, the buttons need to be pressed hard compared to phones with smaller buttons. The other downfall is that some of the buttons get stocked when you press them, and then you have to jiggle the button for it to get back up to its normal position, to me that defeats the purpose of providing an elderly person with a phone that has big numbers if they are not well built. Bottom line: Big Buttons, big numbers, but poorly built. I would NOT recommend it if you are trying to help someone older with poor vision.

I purchased this product for my wife's aunt who has severe vision problems. This phone has made it where she no longer needs to rely on someone else to dial the phone for her! I would highly recommend this product.
