About the Author

Quan Hodges is an author, actor and model. In 2010, he was cast as Dr. Wallace in Tyler Perry’s hit stage play, Madea's Big Happy Family, and will be featured in Perry’s latest television series, For Better or Worse on TBS. He can also be seen on VH-1’s Single Ladies. Driven by his desire to stimulate reader’s imaginations, Quan’s first book, “Involuntary Love,” released in 2012, is a romantic suspense thriller that explores a complex relationship between two young lovers grappling with drugs, obsession and murder. His passion for writing inspired the screenplay for the film version of the novel, and he is also penning the film’s soundtrack. The Georgia State University graduate has also been featured in the provocative, Men of Rundu, DVD, coffee table book and calendar series since 2007 and will be appearing in the popular calendar again in 2013. Quan was born in Ohio and raised by his biggest inspiration: his grandmother. Currently he makes his home in Atlanta, GA. QuanHodges.com @QuanHodges

Quan's insight on the future is profound. "2036" is an eye-opener and reinforces the importance of voting, knowing the Candidates policies: not letting beliefs overshadow policies that will affect you; the importance of staying informed and not getting wrapped up in Reality T.V.
Quan does this while taking us inside the lives of a Presidential Candidate's family and the woes of love and loss.

There arent many words that can truly justify Mr. Hodges' talent, but I will say that he is an amazing writer. I also had the pleasure of reading his 1st book and was blown away as well. He is one of the most thought provoking writers you will ever experience. This is a MUST READ!!!
