First off Mike Young didn't set out to write the Great American Novel, he wrote a how to for the 203K. Can you find this information on the HUD website? Yes! If you want to read all 5000 pages.
I took my 203k training from Mike Young and I bought this book.
Why? Because its whats between the lines that makes a difference. Even as an experienced 203k consultant I find Mike talks from experience, he knows how the game is played and one deal that I can get because Mike showed me an angle I didn't consider pays for this book.
I recommend this book to anyone considering a 203k loan, I mean Realtors, lenders, homeowners and contractors. This is a great program, but it has had problems frrom inexperienced people working the loan.
If you want a 203k insider to help you get the loan approved Mike is the guy.
If you want the "Great Gatsby" read F Scott Fitzgerald.
Mike is the best for 203k knowledge.

I did not find anything substantive in this book that I had not already read in the HUD website about 203k loans. The editing was atrocious: spelling, grammar, and syntax errors everywhere. It seems like Young wrote this book and self-published it to promote his company, which provides consulting services for 203k loans.

While the book has good information regarding the 203K and streamline 203K, I had previously found all the information contained in this book on the internet. I wouldn't have been too upset....but the book was $24 with shipping......
