I purchased this as a gift for a relative's 70th birthday. He is one of those people who is extremely hard to buy for. It turned out to be a great hit! The ceramic mug was passed around the party for everyone to sign their name or put a little comment on it. It was big enough for 15 people to write on. Afterwards, it was taken home and "baked" for the instructed time. Now it is a nice rememberance of the day.

You bake on the writting for it to stay or don't bake and it comes off. I like that option. Thick and the inside is brown. Nice for not showing stains.
