This book proves very helpful for me as I learned a lot of new information from this book.
I like to think I’m quite aware of food and the healthy eating we need and yet...there were issues that hadn't occurred to m,e and were good to know.
I was disappointed with this book; it was just like any many other diet books; talks about what you can't have.
