About the Artist

Born into a musical family - the youngest child of ten - Geniro’s interest and passion for music materialized early on in his childhood. At the age of five, tagging along to his older brother’s band rehearsals, he would find himself performing in front of his very first audience. Now, at 25, Geniro sets his career on course with the release of his debut album, 21 Days. Written, arranged, and performed by Geniro, 21 DAYS is a rich journey of sounds that dances through innocence, longing, elation, maturity, and loss. As a Rock/Pop artist, Geniro possesses a vocal elasticity that allows him to experiment with a spectrum of sounds ranging from, Sting-inspired moments to those of a more subtle, Mediterranean flavor. Geniro's style explores a vivid array of emotions paired with a smokey and sultry sound. Geniro's voice has a rich and full quality. His tone is mellow yet at the same time boasts a wonderfully broad vocal range. In addition to this natural talent, arranging, composing, and writing come easily to him, each song paints a unique page in the novel that is 21 Days. As Geniro himself states, this album is all about personal experience . . . about growing up and all of the emotional highs and lows that go hand-in-hand with life.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really, Really Great Stuff!, May 26, 2010
This review is from: Element (MP3 Download)
Kenton had told me that this version of the Vast Expanse Diminishing core would blow me away and he was right. Took me a little while to really truly appreciate just how great these songs actually are. Never really get tired of listening to the album. I love the thoughtful lyric expression, the intense percussion, and the guitar layering. Severance is probably my favorite song but Alone and The Paradigm are outstanding tunes. Definitely ready for mainstream.

Comparable music by Porcupine Tree, Tiles, Tool, Perfect Circle, and the like. Just excellent progressive (hard) rock. Also, check out BLOOD RED TAPE which is their newest album.

5.0 out of 5 stars great stuff!!, August 16, 2005
This review is from: Element (Audio CD)
This was like one of the few albums that i actually enjoy completely. There's usually a couple of songs on an album that a person would like..but with this album,it's every song that you like. And you can relate to all of the songs because who can't relate to heartbreak and passion? i definitely recommend this album to everyone.
