5.0 out of 5 stars As genuine and soulful as anything you can find, March 27, 2006

This review is from: 21 to Enter (Audio CD)
Adam lists his influences as the Steve Earle's, John Hiatt's, and John Prine's of the world, and he's got the talent to stand with any of them. He mixes probably a little bit more blues influence than any of them, and his lyrics create just straight up, in your face, gut wrenching masterpieces. Songs like Million Miles Away, Dead and Gone - heck - all of them. There is only one song on this cd that I skip occasionally, but I won't tell you which one because it's also a good one. This CD just draws you in from beginning to end. You'll find yourself putting it in and having to eventually stop yourself from listening to it for the 20th straight time through. If you're a fan of the singer/songwriter genre, then Adam is a "must add" to your collection. I just can't wait for him to record again. He's out on the road putting in the miles and the work, doing it the right way. Give this one a try and you'll be hooked. Even better, if you can catch him live . . . . oh man, there's no turning back.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Collection Must Have, January 28, 2009
This review is from: 21 to Enter (Audio CD)
Fans of Acoustic music will not want to miss out on one of the most REAL albums out there. Here's a guy who bypassed the studio and just recorded tracks of his own "out on the road" recordings. Personally, I prefer this to the studio tracks. I can't quit listening!!
