Overall this product worked very well. Had some issues switching input mode - not a problem with the product per se, but took several browsers before I found one that was compatible with the manufacturers program.

This does not work on Mac. We tried to return it and were told we would be charged a %20 restocking fee and that if we didn't have all the original packaging that we couldn't return it at all.
