4.0 out of 5 stars nice read, November 8, 2002
This review is from: The 210th Day (Paperback)
A short narrative story about two men's attempt to climb mountation Aso. One man comes from a nice, slightly well off family while the other is a the son of a tofu seller who seeks to change the world by making all rich people tofu sellers.
The book is very easy to follow unless you forget who is speaking (and then things become a little difficult) but other then that, you should have no problems reading this book. 210th Day does not make the assumption that you have a certain level of Japanese knowldege; the few Japanese words that are in this book are explained in the foot notes.
All in all, a nice easy read that should take you no more then a day. ....
