These certainly do pack a punch!! I love it and a three-pack of 120 tablets for this price cannot be beat!! Take one of these and you will have a lot of energy for a long period of time!! They can cause jitters if coffee has that effect on you. I find it lasts longer then coffee does as far as energy goes. They also seem to curb my appetite. All-in-all a great product! Thanks Amazon!!

i've first tried guarana in europe and it was clean and powerful,this brand is the same out of the 20 or so brands i've tried in the u.s. this is by far the best. The energy is great keeps you awake and feeling good for hours, with no jitter (like from caffine). did not really take my appitite away but i was too busy to notice. the plants in the amazon will save the planet and this is the prof.

I recently bought these to give me some much needed energy at work. I take one in the morning and one before I go to the gym in the afternoon. Personally, I don't notice a huge difference, but maybe that is because it doesn't give me the jitters like coffee does. I also take so many other pills for weight training that the effects could be clouded by the other things I take.

I gave my friend a bottle and he takes 2 at a time. Overall, I think these do give me energy, but I need to take more than 1 pill to notice the effects.
