I do not have regular bowel movements and had been spending about $100.00 or more a month @ the Vitamin Shoppe so I could have regular bowel movements. I ran across this tea accidently and realized how it has helped me tremendously. I have also lost 30 #'s. This is an awsome product and can not live with out it. Thanks alot.

I ordered this in the hopes of finding a tea that would be healthy and help me lose weight. I drank one cup in the afternoon and spent 5 hours of the night in the bathroom. This was not a comfortable experience. I finally thought it might be easier to diet than endure the consequences of this tea. Nevertheless, it did help relieve my water retention. In the future, I think I'd sip it in its diluted form only on an as need basis. Sienna the herb is also not good longterm. It a purging herb that your digestive system gets used to and then you need more and more just to avoid getting constipated.

I started using this tea about 6 years ago. I was drinking it regularly every morning with my breakfast. I thought that it just helped with digestion and so I was quite pleased to discover that it also caused me to have a bowel action or two, whenever I drank it. Since then I have stockpiled it in my pantry. I keep several bags at work and in my purse for those occasions where I consume a meal that was just way too filling. I usually buy it at Big Lots for $1.30, but be warned they only keep it in stock at certain times during the year so if you ever come across it buy more than one box...buy 10!!
