Book came without CD,

Have received the book but it came without CD. Amazon sended me another copy with same problem. Now I have two books, no CDs and no solution (refund only)... The book is very interesting but without the CDs it is kind useless. I am waiting an answer from Scarecrow to see if they solve the problem.
