I have not used my dishes yet so I am not sure of the durablity. However I LOVE the pattern! The one bird is perfect if you are into birds but don't want to go crazy with it. It is perfect for Shabby Chic because of the soft colors and sweetnes of the pattern. It is also slightly oriental without the typical Asian colors. My only disapointment was that the cups, bowls, and most of the serving dishes were only a large "stripe" of the pattern and did not "flow" into the dishes as the plate does. The plates look very nice and possibly expensive but the bowls and cups look cheaper quality. I would not return them though, I just didn't notice that before my purchase.

I paid less for these dishes on Amazon than on Ebay or by googling them at other
stores. I love them on my table. I used pink roses the first time with a small
faux blue bird sitting atop my bouquet....tied the theme together and tickled my
guests. Thanks.

I love LOVE LOVE these dishes, but they were packaged VERY poorly and arrived broken. This pattern is discontinued. I was very disappointed with Amazon. :-(
