My husband and I watched the video first and were very disappointed by how quick it went through both subjects of puberty and sex. Especially on the topic of puberty and the menstrual cycle. I think $25 is way too expensive for a 15 minute video. The topic deserves much more explaination and graphics.

Thanks for a video that helps open a discussion that is hard for me to have with my daughters. I feel strongly that it is my responsibility as a parent but I'm uncomfortable trying to talk openly and this video takes away the naughty feel that often comes along when kids talk to each other. The scary part for me was that I wanted to think this was all new information to my daughters but it wasn't! Don't assume that your child is too young and innocent to learn this valuable/factual information - chances are very good that they already have heard much more than you think (by the time they are 10)! Make sure they have the correct knowledge about their bodies and sex - you will be glad you took this step as they enter their teens. As I always try to remind myself - saying nothing at all on this subject is still teaching them about my feelings about sex - my silence would send the wrong message. Thanks for helping me brave this scary subject!

As parents it's difficult to know how little or how much to share and at what age - but you got our family and the right track! I showed this to my kids with a bit of uncertainty. But I was very impressed with the level of interest that they showed while watching this video. The topic of the "Birds and the Bees" challenges even the best of us parents. This video presents the subject with honestly and integrity. To allow our kids to maintain a sense of balance is paramount in today's sophisticated and complicated world. Communicating with our children gets more and more challenging as they get older and this video encouraged our family to discuss the difficult subject of human sexuality. A must for any concerned parent.

This video was helpful in that it allowed me to broach a subjet with my very "hip" 10 year old that I didn't quite know how to address without alienating her.

What a straight-forward, non-threatening way to present this sensitive material. My children are now teenagers and I only wish there was a video like this available a few years ago. Even at 13 and 15 they got something out of viewing it. My husband is a 5th grade teacher and is going to suggest the entire school district use "The Birds, The Bees, and Me" in the curriculum. Great Job!

Video was too short, the video was partially cartoon when talking about the serious matters and my daughter did not have any questions. My daughter is 11.
