5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing album, April 8, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: 22nd Century Lifestyle: Episode Rustandthesuperher (Audio CD)
This album is way to good to be overlooked. An amazing sound and a hard rocking new style of music simply too good to pass up. Each song is good in its own way and there is guaranteed to be at least one song for every rocker's taste.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Posthumous Glimpse of Greatness, April 5, 2005
This review is from: 22nd Century Lifestyle: Episode Rustandthesuperher (Audio CD)
pre)thing is a band that virtually nobody heard anything about at first, but they are/were a very original band with a new sound. I say "were" because the singer, the lead inspiration of the band, was found dead before he even got to see the album released. This album came out of nowhere but is very impressive. It brings a nu-school rock sound with an old-school flavor and the vocals do a good job of obtaining the integrity of both. One thing can be said to sum up the intensity of this album...it's definetly better than anything Crazytown did, and that is the band that pre)thing came from. If you can find it, give it a try, it's actually suprisingly entertaining.

5.0 out of 5 stars Will change the way you view modern rock, April 8, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: 22nd Century Lifestyle: Episode Rustandthesuperher (Audio CD)
This album combines unique guitar with smooth bass lines and hard hitting drums along a great rock voice. There hasn't been a full album this good in years. The album is not only different than anything out there today, but also better than anything out there, too! Any true music lover would not miss this album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Combining familiar elements to make an original sound!, April 6, 2004
This review is from: 22nd Century Lifestyle: Episode Rustandthesuperher (Audio CD)
First of, this is one hell of a rock album. Now, most of us know what Rust Epique (singer/guitar; ex Crazy Town axeman) passed away only but a couple weeks before this album was released. It didnt stop the label or the fans from putting it out. Pre)thing has put out a great rock album, and its truely unique. You can hear elements of Bush, Filter, Oasis, Days of the New, and a touch of the White Stripes. Its intelligent yet reckless hard rock. Also, "Faded Love" is blowing up the airwaves. Buy this album, you will love it.

Standout Tracks: War, Can't Stop (22nd Century Lifestyle), STAay Alive, Arizona, Shoot Shoot (Carl's Song)

I have had this album for about 4 years. It never gets old and is very distict sounding. I ran across this group by mistake listening to online music. This is worth every penny, speaking of penny that's what it's going for. Buy this album you shall not be disappointed!
