Printer good, Dell hard to deal with,

This printer is an excellent printer. However Dell cut the price, and when I went to buy it, they raised it. (just before Christmas) Attitude was too bad for me. I bought from a third party, who gave me a price close to the original Dell price. Within about a week, they cut the printer price.
It is the end of January and the 6000 page, $100 toner cartridge is back ordered till?? Moral is, Dell is a great big company that tries to act like a jerky 3 man operation. They are very successful at acting jerky. Leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth, after the deal. Caveat emptor. If I bought again from Dell, I would expect trouble. |
